Inspiration

The inspiration behind the design came from the client couple's personalities which are laid back yet sleek. The Scandinavian interior design is the perfect style for the couple’s space - with its blend of textures, hints of gold and soft hues, it gives off a minimalistic look that gives the interior its luxe yet warm and homey ambiance.

Living Area

The living area was emphasized by the wood pvc wall claddings with a beautiful art piece at the center. Nude and warm colors were used in the furniture to highlight the plants and accessories. Behind the television is the main accent wall with a warm color and a hint of sheen wallpaper. Hints of gold in the art pieces and accessories give the area a luxe feel. The tv console is customized wherein it houses the ottoman and an additional storage. The sliding cabinet hides the tv wires, and at the same time, serves as an additional storage for movie snacks.

Dining Area

The dining area's accent piece is the round mirror with a gold frame, following the interior theme's Luxe Scandinavian. The dining table and chairs were gifts from the couple's family and the color matches the interior's warm furniture scheme.

Mini Office

A home office is one of the clients' space requirements. The mini office is highlighted with one of the wood pvc wall claddings. The customized office table size is perfect for the space and has a storage area for the clients’ printer below the desk.

Bedroom

The bedroom's accent color is blue, giving off a very relaxing hue perfect for relaxation. The accent color was used thru the accessories and the beddings, this can be easily changed thru time. The theme carries over to the bedroom with its nude and muted color scheme, shown thru the walls, cabinets and the bedframe.

Most Memorable Experience

One memorable experience during the construction phase was the installation of the bedroom cabinets. It was a far cry from when the unit was turned over. The cabinets carry on the Scandinavian theme with its white cabinet doors, light oak wood accents and the gold cabinet pulls giving the luxe feel into it.

Another memorable experience was the installation of the wood pvc wall panels. It instantly transformed and highlighted the living room and office area.
